Strength & Stretch (Long & Lean)
A pilates based body conditioning routine for strength, flexibility, endurance, co-ordination and body awareness. First introduced in America to Boxers and Dancers.

Classical Ballet and Pointe Classes
Classical Ballet and Pointe Classes are based on the Leningrad Pedagogical (Vaganova) Method which has produced the world famous Balanchine, Barishnikov, Nureyev, and Markarova. The Method stresses a detailed breakdown of each movement.

Ballet A-E
Concentrated classes for the serious student with prior training. Hair must be in a bun and designated leotards are required.

Elementary Ballet (6-8 yrs.)
Introductory classes designed to give students a strong foundation in classical ballet, while at the same time allowing students the opportunity for creative expression. Leotard color is lavender. Hair must be secured in a bun.

Pre-Ballet & Creative Movement (3 1/2-5yrs.)
Creative movement and basic locomotive skills for self awareness in preparation for ballet. Students are required to wear pink leather or canvas slippers (no bedroom slippers), white ankle socks (pink tights in winter), and pink leotards.

Modern Dance
Explore new ways to move the body using contractions and release, fall and recovery. Based on Cunningham and Limon techniques. Students should wear leotards, tights and bare feet. Class consists of standing technique and repertoire. Based on Cunningham and Limon techniques. Students should wear leotards, tights and bare feet. Tap
America's rhythmic dance...creating intricate rhythms with your feet. Solid color leotard, black pants, and black oxford tap shoes.

Lyrical
Lyrical: is a dance form that fuses ballet and jazz styles. The technique and discipline of ballet is essential while the creative freedom of jazz is incorporated. Lyrical requires intense emotional expression of the face and body. Ballet is required. Black Jazz pants, solid color camisole or leotard, and tan slip on Jazz boots are required.

Jazz
Jazz: is a dance form that is energetic, fun, and allows each dancer to showcase their individual style. Flexibility and strength along with technique are key elements of this style. Jazz dance form ranges from Classical Jazz to Broadway to Hip Hop. Ballet is strongly encouraged to excel in this style. Black jazz pants, solid color camisole or leotard and slip on Jazz gore boots are required.

Hip Hop
Hip Hop: originally considered a street dance style, has become one of the most popular dance forms over the past few years. It can include a wide range of styles such as breaking, popping, and locking. We use age appropriate music and moves. Black Capri pants, solid color camisole and Black Jazz sneakers are required.
